BMPTVI ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP WITH BBC MEDIAARC
BMPTVI and BBC MediaArc have announced an important new agency production partnership.
The deal is a first, involving a collaboration between the creative and planning pedigree of an interactive TV agency with interactive design experience from one of the world’s most respected broadcasters.
The joint team has ambitious plans to utilise their expertise to benefit brands whose owners want to exploit the iTV opportunity.
The two companies will combine forces, working together at the pitch stage through to the delivery of interactive TV advertising. This will include content partnerships, short campaigns and channel development. Both companies have made significant commitments to the development of their interactive TV offering and have a wealth of experience with clients such as Sony UK, HSBC, ONdigital, Hasbro and Two Way TV.
Andrew Howells, Managing Director of BMPtvi, said: “We have been looking for an interactive TV production partner for some time and are delighted to now be working with BBC MediaArc. We have complementary skills. BMPtvi brings account and media planning and an agency heritage of creating award winning, effective advertising campaigns over many years.
