Pro-Bel announces expansion of US operations

Pro-Bel have announced the expansion of US operations including a significant increase in its sales and support structure.
Pro-Bel, a premier manufacturer and supplier of routing, signal processing, master control and automation equipment, has increased their US sales management team with the appointment of three Regional Managers: Greg Doggett is responsible for the East Coast region; Dave Kicks for the Mid-West; and Tom Hooper for the West Coast.
Dave Kicks said: “Our role is to promote Pro-Bel products across the US and to provide a further enhanced level of customer service. With several major customers already recognising the quality of product and commitment of service that we now bring to the US market, we know that we can offer a great all round package. We want customers to know that we are here on their doorstep.”
Kicks benefits from 24 years of success and experience with the company. His prior roles have been in engineering, sales and engineering management and key account management in the UK. The company has also significantly strengthened its US customer services group, increasing both technical and administrative personnel, instigating new processes and increasing communications with customer services in the UK. This now provides the highest levels of 24-7, 365 customer support as well as supplying technical training services where required.
Terry Barnum, Director of Sales Americas, added: “Pro-Bel’s sales management and customer services teams have been strengthened to address the increased levels of activity we are experiencing in the marketplace. This, coupled with the new product launches at NAB sees 2004 shaping up to be a great year for Pro-Bel.”

We have a huge range, including many HD products, and flexible solutions for easily upgrading to the latest technology.
