Stone launch diary management service for freelancers

A dynamic new diary management company is aiming to change the face of the UK’s television and film freelance industry.
Stone offers a unique management service to freelance camera operators, sound recordists and editors. The heart of the Stone service, and the element that sets it apart from other diary management companies, is the flexibility that it can bring to its members.
"Having someone manage your diary is a real asset for busy freelancers", said Stone’s Director, Andrew Stoneham. "But the service has never gone far enough. We will be spending as much time and effort developing new business for our members as we will managing their current interests."
To address the gaps in the existing level of service, Stoneham, who has over fifteen years experience in production management and finance, has created an intelligent, modular package of services that can be tailored to suit each Stone member. As each member subscribes to the core service, their needs are reviewed and different elements can be ‘bolted on’ to create the most relevant and commercial facility for each.
