BEAM.TV expand management and sales team

BEAM.TV, the digital asset management company, has started 2006 by expanding its Senior Management team.
Tom Horton has joined BEAM.TV as a business development director for ‘BEAM.TV Retail’ with a brief to drive the promotion of BEAM.TV as an integrated solution to facilitate the production, versioning and distribution of initially TV global campaigns, but evolving to include other digital media such, mobile media, retail space, and transit media.
Horton has worked for TV companies in Sydney, Singapore and throughout Asia; and for the last six years he has been based in London. In London he took Saatchi & Saatchi’s in-house content creation companies,Triangle Post Production, Vermilion Films and Shell Like Radio and successfully launched them into the wider market. Previous to Saatchi & Saatchi Tom was MD at Condor Digital Media and CD at SVC.
BEAM.TV Sales Director, Dan Wallis has announced the appointment of Jake Sharpe as Senior Account Director. His role will see him introducing BEAM.TV’s new Digital International TV Delivery service “BeamSuite” to senior account teams within the London agency community. Having previously worked with Sharpe at International Management Group (IMG), Wallis commented: “It’s fantastic having someone of Jakes caliber joining BEAM.TV.
His ability to quickly find effective solutions to complex global delivery challenges will be real added value add to all our agency clients”.
