Rushes complete two emotive T Mobile spots
Rushes have completed two emotive T Mobile spots for ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi.
The commercial, directed by Jom Threlfall, follows different characters as they experience important moments in their lives and communicate these to others with the help of their mobile phones.
The spot opens on the screwed up face of a newborn baby before cutting to a long shot of a first-time father leaving the delivery room with a look of bemused awe upon his face. As the father walks out of the hospital he sits comfortably on a pink cushion and reaches for his mobile to spread the good news. Another character walks behind her son's bike stabilising it before letting him cycle off before sitting on a pink cushion on a park bench and making a call on her mobile to pass on the news of his latest achievement. A woman takes in a stunning sunset view, behind her on the grass is a pink cushion that suggests she has just been telling a friend about it using her T-Mobile.
Throughout the spot we see various people using their mobile phones and sharing their experiences, safe in the knowledge that they will not be penalised for calling other networks. Cutting to black the end line reads "For Everyone, Any Network, Any Time, With Every Time Minutes".
Duncan Malcolm from Rushes adds: "Jorn managed to capture the magical moment in each vignette through performance and beautiful photography. Having these stunning images to work on meant the time in Inferno was used enhancing textures and elements within the shots. Mainly we played with the atmosphere in each scene by subtly changing the lighting with enhanced skies, sun glows and extra highlights".
