'Wife Swap' commissioner to meet with RTS Scotland

The Royal Television Society Scotland, in association with Channel 4, are to hold an 'audience with a commissioner' on Monday November 24 in The Lighthouse, Glasgow.
Channel 4 Documentary Commissioning Editor Hilary Bell, the person behind for 'Wife Swap', will be present to answer questions on finding a major hit series and to join in discussions with attendees.
Hilary Bell joined the BBC in 1992 as a production trainee. For the next seven years she worked on a wide range of programmes from 'Panorama' to drama, and 'Vets in Practice' to 'Modern Times' and the award winning series 'The System' with Peter Dale. She joined Channel 4 in September 1999 as Editor of Cutting Edge, commissioning films as diverse as 'Brian's Story', 'Bad Behaviour', 'Hardcore' and 'The Man Who Bought Mustique'. As well as Wife Swap she is also responsible the multiple award winning 'Faking It'.
The event runs from 6.15 for 6.30pm - 7.30pm at The Lighthouse, 11 Mitchell Lane, Glasgow.
