Cintel appoint exclusive London agent

Cintel, specialists in film scanning technology, have appointed Sprockets (Telecine) Ltd as an exclusive agent for the London region.
Simon Carter, Director of Sales for Cintel, said: “We are extremely pleased and excited to be working with Sprockets. Graham, the head of Sprockets, has a deep knowledge of the film scanning industry, and is well respected by those within the industry. This appointment is a part of our overall plan to further improve the support we give customers – both before and after they invest in film scanning.”
Sprockets provide independent engineering advice and consultancy to the post production industry, and are headed by Graham Collett, who has over 20 years of film scanning and post production experience. Collett has been associated with many of the industry suppliers and London’s major facilities and for over two decades. He is Cintel approved and trained in all Cintel film scanners, including the C-Reality, Rascal and URSA.
Collett said: “I have worked both for and with Cintel over many years and believe that I can offer a high degree of commercial and technical expertise, bringing both the Soho post market and Cintel closer together. It is an exciting time for Cintel and I am pleased to be a part of its future – especially as they launch the next generation scanner to market. The DSX promises to create a huge interest following its launch at NAB in April.”
