Cintel nets deal as provider of Brimar tubes for film scanners

Cintel, a leading supplier of motion picture film scanners, have become the sole provider of Brimar Cathode Ray Tubes for its range of film scanners.
This move allows customers to purchase all replacement parts for all MKIII, Ursa, C-Reality, Rascal Digital and DSX film scanners, including CRTs, from one authoritative source.
To ensure users get the best from their CRTs, Cintel are also providing an installation and alignment service for all replacement tubes. On installation, film scanners will be inspected and fully aligned to ensure they meet factory specification. Any minor repairs or adjustments will be performed free-of-charge.
Brimar, specialists in display solutions, have manufactured CRTs specifically for the film scanning industry for over 20 years. Their tubes are renowned for their light performance, resolution and reliability – the latest of which, the TU1810A (designed specifically for the URSA) will be launched at NAB2002.
