SI Media Confirms IBC2016 Presence

SI Media has confirmed it will attend IBC2016, RAI Amsterdam, 9 – 13 September.

At the show, SI Media will present its latest traffic, playout automation, media asset management and news room solutions for TV broadcasters, including an updated GUI version of Media News with empowered social media integration; a new version of news editing production tool Proxy-Editor; a new application to enable journalists to work in real time and from any place; Workflow Manager to automate and customize the content management; and Broadcast Management System.

Recently, SI Media upgraded its News Room Computer System software platform. It has overhauled its GUI (Graphics User Interface) and increased the features of the NRCS, increasing the importance of social media integration and real time application to speed up a journalist's work process.

Now, social media are fully integrated both as input and as output of the system, while SI Media also provides a specific application – Mediawire – to manage the import of multiple incoming sources, such as Reuters, APTN, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram.

In addition, SI Media has released a new version of its app, available for Android and iOS, making it possible for users to share contents in real time and create press reports from any place.

SI Media will be at Stand 8.B39 at IBC2016.
