Rapid Pictures Adds To Post-Production Team

Rapid Pictures has announced the appointment of Emma Fry as Facility Manager and Toby Robertson as Technical Manager.

Emma joins the West London based post-production facility from Envy Post Production, where she joined after graduating from the University of Chichester. During her four years at Envy, Emma worked her way from runner to receptionist before becoming Facility Manager.

Commenting on her appointment, he said: "I am thrilled to be working with Rapid as they embrace the things I think are important to post production; a supportive and nurturing creative environment where clients are made to feel like family. I am excited about finding new ways to make people feel welcomed and using the client facing skills I developed in my years at Envy."

Toby Robertson started his career at 124, C4's in-house facility, where he worked his way up to an editing position. After years of freelancing as an editor, Toby took charge of the edit team for the launch of the BT Sport production facility. He now joins Rapid Pictures as a senior member of the operations team.

Toby said: "I am very excited to be part of the technical team here and the ground breaking work they are currently achieving within 4K post production. Rapid's recent expansion has allowed them to pursue new projects and new technologies and I am looking forward to working to keep Rapid at the forefront of innovative post production."
