Founders Of Shooting Partners Sells Company

Shooting Partners Ltd has been sold by its founders Phil White and Sue Robinson to a team of six of its directors and senior managers in a strategic management buyout, it has been announced.

The business, which owns Anna Valley Ltd as well as Shooting Partners, has been bought by Steve Jones, Nick Hart, Mark Holdway, Peter Jones, Tim Oliver and Shaun Wilton, who are all directors of the new company, Shooting Partners Holdings.

Phil White and Sue Robinson will remain within the business, and continue to take an active role in the company.

Steve Jones, who leads the team, said: "It is business as usual. Even though the ownership of the business has changed, this will not have any impact on our customers, service or relationships. We have all been closely involved with the management and operation of the business for many years and have been preparing for this change for many months, so we are confident of achieving a seamless transition."
