Curious Maps integrates support for Inscriber

Curious Software have announced that they have integrated Inscriber VIA technology as a supported export format in the 3.0 Release of Curious Maps.
Curious will create 32bpp animation files that are directly displayable by a wide range of Inscriber products including VMP Studio and RTX. VIA format files are native 32bit and useable in place of Fill+Key video files for lower third animations, motion graphics and logos.
Curious World Maps is a powerful software package that gives broadcasters total creative control to produce stunning maps and eye-catching graphics. Inscriber’s broadcast graphics solutions include an array of rack mount and desktop systems that target the needs of a changing broadcast and production industry by combining the advantages of Inscriber’s extensive background in broadcast video-graphics with their proven track record of partnering with other vendors to deliver affordable, interoperable solutions.
Justin Wise, Co-founder of Curious Software, said: “The direct integration with Curious Maps graphics in Inscriber solutions will raise the bar on features and capabilities provided to broadcast professionals worldwide”, stated Dan Mance, President and Founder of Inscriber Technology Corporation. Inscriber is the leader in innovative, cost-effective solutions for broadcasting and an ideal partner with Curious Software to extend the reach of customers for the rich content afforded by World Maps.”
