Pixel Power announce Collage 2 CG enhancements

Pixel Power have unveiled a suite of new features for its Collage 2 range of character generators and broadcast graphics systems.
Featuring dual Power PC processors and multiple Pixel processors, Collage 2 remains the fastest proprietary broadcast character generator and graphics system available today.
This third major software update adds real time pushbacks, where a live input can be zoomed down revealing a static or animated background, multiple continuous tickers for data displays, each with its own soft masked window, and enhanced control of multiple animations within a page. Different regions of a graphic can be controlled independently which makes Collage2 ideally suited to the 'Bloomberg' style of multiple information displays of financial data. External data sources can be accessed via DCOM protocols over a network or from a serial remote control interface. Other improvements include super-smooth Cool Move animations, built in VITC reader for subtitling, multiple global stopwatch clocks, Romanian language support and JPEG import/export.
