Longview's latest promo directed at RHB

Ben and Joe Dempsey of RHB have directed the video for Longview's new single, 'Further.'
The promo is set in a dank eerie space with endless corridors and the mood is edgy and dark. As Rob McVey, the lead singer and guitarist, steps forward and plugs in his guitar, there is a moment of silence before the haunting opening bars start playing.
As cockroaches crawl over the oil-slicked floor the lead singer is lured down a corridor by a flickering light in the distance and blurred images of ghost-like figures are inter cut with the band performing. As McVey reaches the end of the passageway, the figures morph into a sensuous white silhouette, which is in stark contrast to the dark surroundings. As McVey gazes on we discover cockroaches all around him on the walls and floor.
McVey said: "I remember seeing Radiohead at Southampton when I was fifteen. They were amazing. They seemed to have that power of rock and the mood of melancholy to go with it. The feeling that cuts you really deep. That¹s what I'm looking for. We aspire to nothing less than that."
Ben and Joe Dempsey added: "The promo is mood driven and we were trying to incorporate the band's performance into a cinematic context. It was great to work with such an inspiring song."
