Visual Impact And Sennheiser Help The Industry Tune In To Channel 38

Visual Impact, one of Europe’s leading suppliers of broadcast equipment, has invited Sennheiser UK to support its next ‘drop-in Wednesday’ session that will focus on the impact the move from Channel 69 to 38 will have on the wireless microphone sector.
The ongoing switchover of spectrum use has given rise to much confusion over the implications for the wireless industry. To address this, Visual Impact is offering TV production companies, professional sound recorders and broadcasters the opportunity to watch product demonstrations, receive advice and informally discuss the changes needed to ensure a smooth transition to Channel 38.
Rob Newton, Marketing Manager at Visual Impact, said, “We invited Sennheiser UK to join us as we wanted support from a company that understands the implications of this move inside out. We are getting a lot of questions around this topic as the switchover date draws near and we feel it is important to offer our customers a chance to speak to experts on the subject in order to safeguard themselves against any future negative affects.”
Visual Impact will be holding two open sessions for attendees to drop-in as they wish, on Wednesday 27th June from 10.00 to 12.00 and 14.00 to 16.00 at its head offices in Teddington.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so anyone interested in attending must register at Visuals Events
