DTS pro-audio network widens

Digital Theater Systems (DTS), the digital audio technology company, have further expanded their professional audio dealer network to include India, Brazil, Scandinavia, Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic.
Serving DVD authoring and mastering facilities as well as high-end music recording studios, the dealers distribute DTS' CAE-4 encoder/CAD-4 decoder units.
The move increases the total number of DTS' worldwide network to 27 dealers representing 25 countries.
"The rapid expansion of our dealer network indicates growing demand for DTS-encoded products throughout the world," said Jon Kirchner, President and CEO of DTS.
"This network is key to educating the pro-audio community about DTS, and we remain committed to continuing to identify and recruit the best distributors for our global dealer program."
