Hantarex carve out new markets

Hantarex, specialists in the supply of electronic information display systems, have identified an interesting new market niche for their range of 34” VGA monitors in a roll out for a major high street banking service’s call centres.
The installation is in conjunction with Amulet Hotkey, a prominent professional services company that manufactures, designs and sells ‘media drivers’ and provide quality solutions for continuous critical environments.
The client has ordered over 175 monitors in the last three years and as a result of the improvement the technology has added to productivity, will be installing another 40 later in the summer at their centre in Scotland.

The data monitors are mounted on pillars around the centre to be able display caller information graphically as opposed to the traditional ticker boards that merely displayed text. As well as allowing staff to be able to grasp and process information much more quickly for their day to day jobs, the Amulet Hotkey product also allows media to be controlled remotely so the Hantarex screens can then be used to show training materials or corporate information.
