IPV Enters French Market With Soft4TV

One of the largest independent suppliers of media, metadata and low bitrate, frame-accurate video technology to the broadcast and professional video sectors, IPV, has announced that newly formed Soft4TV, an international IT technology company, will represent its business in the French market.
Founded by French industry expert Dominique Bizard, Soft4TV will continue to develop the business opportunities for IPV across France and to capitalise on the growth potential in this ever-significant market.
