Soho Images pay deal accepted

BECTU's pay dispute with West End laboratory Soho Images has been settled.
Members voted to accept a pay offer of 2.5% from September 2002, which was tabled by management after the union threatened to take industrial action.
The company missed the normal anniversary date of April, but said that pay rates will be revised again in April 2003. Two meetings of union members on Friday August 16 agreed to accept the deal.
Soho Images is one of several post-production houses owned by Liberty Livewire, including Rushes, West One, 4MC, SVC, Soho 601, XTV, and Computamatch.
