Buyout of WellTrade Services Completed

WellTrade Services Limited (WTS Broadcast) has announced that Ofir and Naim Mor, who previously owned 50% of the business, have bought the remaining 50% of the business from Taya Communications.
Full ownership of the WTS Group of Companies which includes WTS Broadcast, C2S Systems, VE projects and Eastside Studios, will allow CEO - Ofir Mor and his team the ability to focus on strengthening relationships with key suppliers and customers whilst providing good customers service and unique, creative media solutions.
The purchase ensures that WTS Broadcast is ideally placed to provide the service and facilities that their customers have come to expect in the past, whilst adding new elements to the business to compliment the core business.
WTS Broadcast currently employs 30 people across the UK, Middle East & Africa, is looking forward to a continuing successful business.
Ofir Mor, Chief Executive Officer, said that the deal was critical to ensure the continued growth and success of the company.
