Pinnacle complete extensive Middle East order

Pinnacle Systems have supplied an extensive array of live production systems to the new Middle East Broadcasting Center (MBC), headquartered in the prestigious Dubai Media City.
MBC have placed an order for two ThunderLT clip and still servers, two FXDeko ll two-channel CGs for the news studio control rooms and two DekoCast graphics systems for the master control rooms. This follows MBC's recent acquisition of DVEXCEL, FXDeko, Thunder and TARGA3000 edit systems.
MBC Technical Manager, Ihab Baba, said: "In designing MBC's new facility, we sought a vendor who could deliver the very best live production equipment for today, while demonstrating a clear vision for the future. Pinnacle's open, networked systems based on the Palladium architecture enable us to meet those twin goals. The products work together over the network to deliver enhanced functionality and workflow, while integrating with the existing automation systems such as iNews and Louth.
