Trilogy equip two Libyan OB vehicles
Trilogy Broadcast, providers of market leading intercom/talkback, signal monitoring and SPG equipment, recently supplied intercom and SPG systems for two, full facility OB vehicles for GLJB, Libya.
The turnkey contract was placed with the Professional Services Division of Sony Business Europe via Procast of Dubai.
Trilogy supplied the Sony design team with a comprehensive package to provide communication throughout the OB trucks, both within the vehicles and externally to the camera operators and personal radio handsets. Additional external circuits provide communication back to the TV station and/or another OB vehicle.
Trilogy delivered two 18x18 programmable Orator communication systems, one for each truck, complete with a range of operator panels.
Four Mentor Plus systems, with two Mastermind Changeover Units, were also supplied to sit at the heart of the AES and SDI signal timing systems on board.
