Dielectric Renews Commitment To ISO Standards

Dielectric Communications, a division of SPX and a leader in broadcast antenna systems, has announced that the company has renewed its ISO 9001: 2000 certification.
The company's Raymond, Maine, plant is registered as being in compliance with the standards set forth by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), confirming that Dielectric's procedures and policies continue to meet or exceed industry quality-control standards.

The renewal of our ISO 9001: 2000 certification confirms Dielectric's dedication to premium service and assures our customers that we have the credentials and experience to continuously meet their needs."
As a result of Dielectric's ISO-compliant policies and quality-assurance procedures, the company's customers have benefited from improved documentation, streamlined processes for responding to product or service matters and a continued emphasis on anticipating and quickly resolving potential product purchase and installation questions.
Dielectric has a long history of ISO certifications, with its first registration to the ISO 9001: 1994 standard in 1994. Since them, the company has upgraded to and maintained its ISO 9001: 2000 certification, and it is now in the process of registering to the new ISO 9001: 2008 standard. An outside auditing agency will monitor Dielectric periodically to ensure that the compliance standards are continually met. In addition, Dielectric will maintain its own stringent quality-control process to ensure that the company's television, radio and MobileMedia broadcasting customers receive best-in-class products and service.
