Digigram certified to ISO 9001 : 2000 quality standard

Digigram, a leader in innovative digital audio network solutions, has received ISO 9001 : 2000 certification from BVQI, France.
The certification, for Digigram's headquarters in Montbonnot, France, recognises that the definition, design, production, and distribution of Digigram's products, as well as after sales service, technical support, and customer training conform to the requirements of the ISO 9001 : 2000 standard. This standard specifies the necessary components of a quality management system. The audit process ensures that organisations have the necessary systems in place to continuously improve the level of quality offered by the organization.
Digigram Managing Director, Philippe Delacroix, said: “The certification is a strategic achievement for Digigram. Not only because more and more of our customers ask for such certification, but especially because of the overall dynamic behind it. The entire company has worked very hard to analyse and refine our processes, always with the question in mind 'How can we better satisfy our customers?' It's this general attitude, which will guarantee that the quality of our products and services will continue to improve, even now that we are certified."
Digigram has optimised its organization by defining all relevant management processes and establishing control mechanism to rapidly identify non-conformities, which then can be corrected and, in the next process cycle, prevented.
