Colyer Heads Up Pinewood's Foley Division

Pinewood Studios Group has selected the UK's leading Foley mixer Ed Colyer to manage a new, dedicated division within their Post Production department.
Having recorded and mixed sound at Shepperton Studios for nearly 20 years on a variety of acclaimed productions including numerous 'Bond' and 'Harry Potter' titles, 'Gosford Park', 'Cold Mountain', prominent TV dramas 'Band of Brothers', 'Inspector Morse' and more recently feature films '10,000 BC', 'Stardust' and 'Love in the Time of Cholera', Colyer has gained international recognition within the industry for his signature talent.
As Pinewood Group Head of Foley, Colyer will be responsible for defining the methodology and nature of the process to create a multi-purpose Foley facility.
His newly-appointed role will entail the specification of equipment, facilities, training and appointment of crew to expand the Group's Foley business within the UK and abroad.

Currently comprising Kevin Tayler, Sandy Buchanan and Glen Gathard, Ed's Foley team will be overseen by Pinewood Group's Head of Sound, Robin O'Donoghue.
