C4's Transmission with T-Mobile Goes On Tour

Produced by At It Productions for Channel 4, the flagship music show - Transmission with T-Mobile - goes on tour once again this September with presenters Steve Jones and Lauren Laverne.
Kicking off on Friday September 21 at Victoria Baths, Manchester - a listed Edwardian Turkish Baths complex - venues will be more unusual than ever for this series.
Transmission with T-Mobile will air every Friday at 11.30pm on C4 for a run of 12 weeks. And if a night on the tiles means you miss out on your weekly dose of the hottest music acts and guests around, you can now also catch all the best show highlights in its new slot on T4 every Saturday morning at 10.30am.
Now in its third series, Transmission with T-Mobile, a co-creation from T-Mobile and Channel 4, has travelled the length of the country, stopping off everywhere from Edinburgh to Brighton to bring you the very best in new music. This series is sure not to disappoint. With performances from Kate Nash and Stereophonics and guests including legendary film director Quentin Tarantino and an exclusive interview with Paul Weller and Gabrielle, who samples his track 'Wild Wood' and features him on backing vocals on her new single 'Why?'
The Transmission Exclusive Stage is a brand new show feature for the latest series and will showcase an exclusive artist performance each week. Viewers can expect anything from artist collaborations, covers or acoustic performances.
The ever popular T-Mobile Street Gigs make a welcome return to this series as artists scour a city to find an intimate venue to host their very own exclusive gig where it is all about the music. Each artist will play tour guide as they take viewers on a personalised trip around the city in search of the perfect venue.
