Quantel To Demonstrate Stereoscopic 3D Post Production At IBC

Set to be a major highlight at the upcoming IBC show, will be a stereoscopic 3D post production demonstration that integrates two cineo3+ 1080 projectors from projectiondesign with Quantel's Pablo 4K digital intermediate systems.
The demonstration will be in a dedicated room on the Quantel stand 7.120 at the Amsterdam RAI from 7 to 11 September, 2007.
"3D is an exciting growth area and we will be showing a real-time, interactive workflow with simultaneous full-quality stereo streams. This type of system will appeal to anyone doing DI work and will highlight how facilities, directors, animation companies and DoPs can achieve the best stereoscopic 3D," commented Steve Owen, Quantel Director of Marketing.

A number of cineo3+ 1080 projectors from projectiondesign are already integrated with Quantel eQ FX and Pablo DI systems at many UK post production houses including The Look and Axis Post.
