DRA-Media Announces Copy Protection For DVD-Video

DVD-Video Lock is an elegant, unique, leading edge system with high level copy protection for DVD-Video discs at affordable prices.
It offers an innovative approach to providing highly effective DVD-Video copy control. This technology provides individuals, companies, authoring studios and independent movie production companies with a sound DVD-Video copy protection method to protect their valuable assets.
The data files on a DVD-Video disc are protected using a passive software solution. This encapsulates the files, preventing any unauthorised access to disc content by common ripping programs, thus providing a high level of digital copy protection. Since copy control is applied in areas of the disc that are not read by DVD players during playback, the original media content is not modified in any way and play-back quality remains totally unaffected.
