Ascent Media Appoints Grant Sutcliffe To Grow Systems Integration Business

Ascent Media has announced that its Systems and Technology Services team in Europe, Middle East and Africa has appointed Grant Sutcliffe as Senior Manager, Bids and Proposals.
Sutcliffe will contribute to the further growth and development of Ascent Media's systems integration business across the EMEA region.
Sutcliffe has specialised in design and implementation of file based playout, news and archive systems. His skills and expertise in these areas are perfectly matched to the increase in demand for Systems Integration services from Ascent Media in this field.
Amongst many other successful projects, he was most recently responsible for the original design, project management and implementation for a major regional News Production System for the UK's National Broadcaster.
In his new role as Senior Manager, Sutcliffe will report to Ascent Media's Director of Bids and Proposals, Charlie McCaw.

Originally from New Zealand, Sutcliffe's career milestones include three years with BTS and eight years with Tektronix/Grass Valley/Thomson working on a wide variety of proposals and systems projects.
