Zonemedia secures first original deal for broadcast on Zone Reality

Zonemedia (formerly Zone Vision Networks) has signed its first original series deal for broadcast on Zone Reality, it has been announced by Chris Sharp, Chief Programming Officer and General Manager, Zonemedia.
A co-production with UK production and development company, IPM, 'Psychic Private Eyes' (15 x 1 hour) is scheduled to premiere in December on Zone Reality's UK feed, with roll out to other feeds in the first quarter of 2007. Zonemedia Distribution will also represent the series in the international broadcast sales market.
Steve Cole, SVP, Channels, Zonemedia commented: "This show is a perfect fit for the Zone Reality channel which aims to provide a unique angle on real life situations. We are delighted to be working with IPM on our first original series for the channel as they have a fantastic background in this field, producing internationally successful programmes and creating household names. Zonemedia Distribution is also confident that Psychic Private Eyes will prove a similar hit with viewers and international buyers."
