StormHD stays legal with eyeheight legalEyesMDi

StormHD, a newly formed post-production house specialising in high definition editing, audio processing and media transfer, has chosen an Eyeheight legalEyesMDi multidefinition legaliser for installation at its colour grading suite in London's Covent Garden.
Located within International Broadcast Facilities (IBF), StormHD is using legalEyesMDi in a range of projects for SkyTV's new HD service.
StormHD co-founder Paul Ingvarsson commented: "Eyeheight is the defacto standard in legalisers, a well known and trusted name. Being multidefinition, it gives me HD and SD legalisation in a single unit."
Suitable for free-standing or rack-mounted use, legalEyes has a compact half-U footprint and 1U height. It enables television producers and video editors to keep the level of their content within the strict tolerances required for HD and SD transmission to air and DVD mastering. Levels can be monitored continuously and manually or automatically corrected.
Eyeheight manufactures and sells serial digital video and digital audio products for use in transmission, digital edit suites, telecine, graphics, studios, dubbing and associated areas. All Eyeheight systems are based on a standard modular platform for easy connection to other products in the range and to external automation. Eyeheight is active in the Americas, Asia, Australasia and Europe.
