Digital Vision opens UK office

Digital Vision has opened the doors on a brand new operation in Soho, UK.
Located at 151 Wardour Street, the move is in response to increased market demand for its digital media applications for film and video.
With dedicated demonstration and training facilities, the building will be open to all individuals looking to realise their creative potential. Digital Vision has also assigned an area for colourists and DP’s – encouraging them to familiarise themselves with the equipment before making their final decision.
Digital Vision provides a complete range of image processing solutions that can handle a wide variety of requirements, from SD video to 4k data, that can be used in video-centric, data-centric or hybrid facilities.
“The Nucoda Film Master takes the next step in colour correction. It’s the most flexible and powerful grading system that I’ve ever used and it’s opening up a whole new world to colourists,” commented Vince Narduzzo of M2.
George Panayiotou, Films at 59 Post Production Manager, said: “After a year of detailed consideration, our colourists chose the Nucoda Film Master and Valhall systems because the combination provides a highly sophisticated and powerful grading solution at a time when new technology is changing the way we work.”
Luc Schurgers, Minivegas Producer, added: “Nucoda Film Master is a superior DI grading system. It allowed us to do the master grade in real-time with multiple layers of secondaries, which was essential with our time constraints. I’ve used Nucoda Film Master in the past and its intuitive software meant that I could pick it straight up again.”
“This is an exciting time for Digital Vision,” said Robert Ekström, President of Digital Vision. “I’m proud to say that our customer list includes all the high-end companies worldwide and we are recruiting key individuals into the team to help support the demand we are seeing for our products. Moving to this new address is part of our strategy to offer all creatives involved in the film and video process the opportunity of experiencing our equipment at a location to suit their needs.”
