TSL add new peripherals to TallyMan studio control system

TSL has announced that it has added new peripherals to its successful TallyMan studio control system.
ESP-1 and ESP-1R expanders allow the tally system to be extended, with increased capacity for serial and parallel relay connections. The TM1 and TM2 system controllers, which form the heart of a Tallyman solution, run the TallyMan program as an embedded Windows application allowing real-time control of the system.
TSL is announcing the US launch of its IMD technology for use with single Flat Panel Monitors in all broadcast and security presentation environments. IMD has been developed to cater for the increasing number of situations where neither CRTs, with conventional separate dynamic UMDs, nor multiviewers with embedded on-screen UMDs offer the most desirable overall solution. It includes an option to display both text and tally information.
The ESP-1 Ethernet/Parallel Tally Interface provides 32 inputs and 32 outputs while the ESP-1R has 32 inputs, 32 open collector + 32 relay outputs. As part of its world renowned systems integration work, TSL has identified a clear market need for even greater flexibility within the TallyMan system architecture. In response, these new peripheral units allow broadcasters to build larger distributed systems cost-effectively.
