PRECO ACQUIRE HARRIS SYSTEMS’ STUDIO DIVISION

PRECO Broadcast Systems, one of the UK's largest Broadcast Audio Distributors, have announced the acquisition of the Studio Products division of Harris Systems.
As part of the agreement, Preco now represents Harris audio products in the UK, Ireland and France.
The Harris sales office in France is now part of Preco's expanded
organisation, as are most of the Harris UK personnel previously involved in Studio Products. Preco has taken on after-sales support for existing Harris customers in an effort to make the transition as seamless as possible.
Tony Costello, Preco's Managing Director, said: "I am very excited about this acquisition. It is a major step forward in the development of our company and our presence in France will make us truly European."
