FULLER HEADHUNTED BY TELEWEST CABLE

BOB FULLER Chief Operating Officer of Orange UK has been headhunted by Telewest Communications to take over as Chief Executive of the company's Cable Division.
Fuller will be responsible for all of Telewest’s network services, both residential and business, reporting to Group Chief Executive Adam Singer.
Singer said: “It is a serious coup for Telewest to have got their hands on top-flight telephone talent and experience like Bob’s. His operational skills and strategic thinking will underpin and accelerate our plans to exploit our network. With his background in mobile telephony, he brings exactly the right cultural values that a fixed-wire business badly needs - a relentless focus on brand building, customer acquisition and customer service.”
Fuller will join the board of Telewest Communications plc when he takes up his post on December 1. Fuller said: “It is very exciting to be joining the management team that is transforming Telewest into one of Britain’s most innovative communications businesses. I am coming because I believe that Telewest’s unique combination of network and content skills gives it huge potential to be a leading force in the digital world.
