NEW UPGRADE AT BBC RESOURCES N. IRELAND

BBC Resources N.I. have recently taken delivery of new equipment to compliment their extensive graphics capability.
The Quantel Paintbox FX and Paintbox F.A.T offer an extensive range of animation tools which work in wide screen, digital and live over live compositing. The new equipment has been purchased to further enhance the existing graphics capability by offering larger memory capacity and advanced live to air performance.
BBC Resources existing Graphics areas include 'Hal Express' and 'SGI Maya', offering one of the best specialist graphics facilities in Northern Ireland. BBC Resources offer their customer's a full design service from concept to completion.
The new utilities have already been put to the test by News Features and have been busy producing titles for the BBC Discovery production ‘Coast to Coast.’ Other productions being worked on include the BBC's new network series 'Locations.'
