Staff acquisition process change for radio and TV

Radio Talent launched its online career management tool in October, citing the need for a new paradigm for broadcasting recruitment.
Radiotalent.co.uk is the first website of its kind that showcases all aspects of people who work in broadcasting, from the management to the on air staff.
Already boasting ex and current employees from BBC1, Radio 1, E4 and Kiss 100 and Capital FM the site is primarily a who’s who of radio, but acts as a career management tool for its members at the same time. Radio Talent believes that by replacing the need to send show reels or CVs they will be a time saving tool as well as an industry identification portal. The franchise is one which plans to be launched in Europe and the US in the next few months and will shortly launch its Television sister using the same principals of self upload it currently uses.
Interested parties for franchise ownership are being considered by the company although they have not yet decided on franchise allocation at this time.
