ATG TO SUPPLY NEW FACILITY
ATG SPECTRUM have been selected by interactive video providers sit-up to supply the design and installation of a new broadcast facility in Acton, London.
The sit-up facility will feature a three camera studio, consisting of a Thomson vision mixer, Soundcraft audio mixer and Avid Suite. Also included will be a graphics area completed with Pinnacle equipment and a transmission room.
John Egan, Joint Managing Director of sit-up and bid-up.tv, said: “An innovative facility is fundamental to the operation and success of bid-up.tv. ATG’s traditional broadcast engineering experience was essential. ATG Spectrum offered us both a flexible and innovative approach towards developing a high quality but cost effective system design. We are delighted with the professional design and installation service they provided.”
The first broadcast venture launched by sit-up, ‘bid-up.tv, an interactive auction channel available to Sky Digital and web users, went live on November 2.
ATG Spectrum are an independent broadcast systems integrator working in the UK and Europe. ATG provide initial project consultancy, design, installation and post installation services.
