The programmes to be broadcast on Reality TV total 18 new hours to add to the 60 hours of BBC programming already licensed in 2000.
Zone Vision have also negotiated the carriage of their Reality TV channel, co-owned with UPCtv, in Africa and on Multichoice platforms. Launching this month, Reality TV, will broadcast 18 hours per day English language reality programming in an additional 46 territories from Angola to Zimbabwe.
Chris Wronski, President and CEO of Zone Vision, said: “It is fantastic that Reality TV has achieved such high levels of success in the first 12 months and we are delighted to announce a deal to broadcast the channel in Africa on Multichoice.
