AZCAR opens Atlanta office

Stephen Pumple, President & CEO of AZCAR Technologies Incorporated, has announced that AZCAR has opened a third North American Operations office in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Atlanta office will serve as a regional sales and operations base and is part of AZCAR’s strategic vision of the expanding market in the USA for media consulting, technology integration, and multimedia facility implementation.
This strategic move leverages the strengths developed in the acquisition of Synergistic Technologies in 2000, Megahertz Broadcast Systems in 2003 and Pro-Com Systems in 2005.
In addition to the engineering and sales office in Atlanta, AZCAR has added sales professionals in Chicago, Seattle and Los Angeles. All the new personnel were employed by DST, a system integration company headquartered in Atlanta.
Key personnel joining AZCAR include Jack Verner, an industry professional with over 40 years of experience in technology leadership (formerly with Turner Entertainment), Bill Bratton (formerly with Turner Broadcasting Systems), and three more engineering staff. Joining the AZCAR sales staff are Mike Gunther, Ted Carr, Chris Cuitino and Tonya McCullohs. By extending AZCAR’s local sales presence into several markets the Company expects to increase it’s ability to develop long term relationships and service a broad new group of customers in broadcasting, corporate media, education, and industry.
“This initiative is part of the strategic long term plan developed at the direction of the AZCAR Board of Directors. Our long term strategy includes enhancing the capabilities of AZCAR so as to extend our reach into new markets in new geographic regions, improve our performance and enhance our customer service. We are confident that suppliers and customers will welcome our new colleagues openly,” added Stephen Pumple, AZCAR CEO.
“AZCAR’s management has capitalised on the availability of an existing team of seasoned and respected industry professionals who bring a strong customer base with them and the ingredients to leverage the Atlanta office into a strong sales and operational center. We anticipate the effect on our sales and profits of this initiative to be aggregative and immediate. The increased volume should permit lower supplier costs and increased profits, and more competitive pricing to our customers,” said Bill Crowther, AZCAR COO.
John Luff, AZCAR Sr. VP Business Development added, “We could not be more pleased with this move. Jack Verner and his associates bring to AZCAR industry experience, which broadens our reach and the depth of our service offering to our customers. Jack and the additional sales team will focus on new opportunities and the operational bandwidth they add will allow AZCAR to satisfy additional customers immediately.”
AZCAR is an independent technology integration company providing the broadcast and communications industries with consulting engineering, systems design, integration, project management and the supply of related products.
