MARANTZ Professional Studio have added a top flight rack-mountable DVD to their range, to provide the same standard of reliability and service for the replay of either digital DVD or audio CD.
The DV4100Pro delivers DVD Video playback as well as Video CD, Super VCD and audio CD formats, Including CDR and CDRW disks.
The DV4100Pro provides selectable digital and analogue output audio signal formats. Digital audio output, on both coaxial (SPDIF) and optical (BNC) connectors, supports Dolby Digital™/DTS™, MPEG 2 and PCM stereo formats at resolutions of up to 24 bit and sampling frequencies of either 48 or 96 kHz. A 10-bit video DAC ensures the highest possible replay quality from DVD source. The player automatically supports 16:9, 4:3 Letterbox and 4:3 Pan Scan picture aspect ratios, and PAL and NTSC compatible RGB SCART (x2), S-video and composite video outputs provide fully comprehensive connectivity. Other AV relevant features include a ‘Night Mode’ peak limiter for control of audio playback levels.
