Bebob Broadcasts now with Audio Engineering

Audio Engineering, London-based manufacturer of Micron wireless microphone and communication systems, has announced that it will be selling Bebob Broadcast Engineering’s specialist camera products in the UK.
Complementing the Micron Explorer camera-mounting receivers and belt-pack transmitters, the Bebob product portfolio includes the Zoe range of zoom grips and remote controllers, the Lux 3-in-1 on-camera, hand-held and stand-mounting lights, as well as the Leo range of tripod plates and camera mounts.
With systems available to suit broadcast and DV lenses, Bebob’s Zoe remote controllers offer light-weight and compact solutions, with an ergonomic interface that features dedicated transport controls. Manufactured by Bebob in Germany, the company’s product range also includes Charly by Bebob, a wireless remote control system specifically developed for broadcast video lenses.
In a reciprocal arrangement, as a result of the relationship between the two companies, Audio Engineering has appointed Bebob Broadcast Engineering as its new distributor for Micron wireless products in Germany.
Aldo Hakligil, managing director of Audio Engineering, commented: “Our Micron wireless microphone systems are used by ENG crews, PSC operators and studio personnel around the world. Bebob Broadcast is a well-established organisation with a ten-year track record, and its specialist products complement our own systems perfectly, enabling us to offer an extremely comprehensive, and thoroughly useful set of solutions to the broadcast industry. Within Germany, the company’s market position makes it ideally placed to represent our products and we have every confidence in the relationship.”
