TSL expands capabilities with new premises move

TSL, a leading international independent broadcast systems integrator and manufacturer, is ushering in a new era and preparing for an exciting future with the announcement that April will see it move into new facilities in Maidenhead, UK.
Though close in terms of proximity, the new premises are a long way ahead in terms of the space and opportunities they provide. The building has been tailored to TSL's precise requirements, as Managing Director David MacGregor explains: "We have outgrown our current space and have looked at the future and what we will need to be able to fully satisfy our customers. The new building is significantly larger and has been fitted out to our exact specifications. It is simply far more suited to our future requirements."
The new building provides an 11 metre ceiling height and much greater office space.
David Phillips, CEO, says: "One of the key advantages of the new building is that we have a clean, open system build area, so this allows us to build systems in the most efficient manner, as well as maximising the quality of the service that we provide."
TSL can configure the area as required depending on customer demands at a given time. By being able to handle multiple builds simultaneously, efficiencies will be achieved and these will be passed on to customers.
With the products division also able to benefit from better working practices and take advantage of the greater efficiencies the new building provides, TSL's future continues to look bright.
Phillips concludes: "The TSL team is eagerly awaiting the move to the new building so that we can begin to take advantage of all that it provides and feed that through to our customers."
TSL is a leading international independent systems integrator and has provided hundreds of installations for major broadcasters and facilities worldwide. TSL is also an innovative manufacturer of professional broadcast products used in OB's, studio and post production facilities throughout the world.
Over the last 19 years, TSL has managed contracts to integrate broadcast systems with a total value of over £200 million. Contracts run from high value turnkey projects to simple upgrades for existing systems. A full range of services are available including design, integration and installation and also consultancy where required. TSL adopts an entirely independent approach to meeting the needs of customers and in working closely with all the key management, operational and engineering staff throughout the project.
