New from Curious Software at NAB

At NAB 2005, Curious Software is introducing three new products to its industry leading range of broadcast mapping software, all designed to expand map creation beyond the graphics department into the newsroom and studio.
Curious Traffic Producer provides fast and easy creation of broadcast quality maps for illustrating traffic reports. Using pre-defined design templates, non-graphics professionals can create a rundown of still or automatically animated maps showing traffic flow and planned or unplanned incidents, and be ready for air in seconds.
Curious Map Presenter is interactive playback system directly linked to Traffic Producer. A rundown of graphics or live video can be played directly to air – with drag and drop ordering, automatic or presenter-cued playback and live or recorded telestration.
Curious News Producer imports design templates created in Curious World Maps, and allows journalists or editors directly to create the highest quality world, regional or street maps to illustrate their stories.
In addition, a number of significant new features are being introduced in Curious World Maps and 3D animator, improving performance and providing faster and more creative use of satellite and aerial imagery and street level mapping.
