Chris Horton Films signs innovative new director

Chris Horton Films has added director Kolé Onile-ere to its increasingly eclectic roster.
Onile-ere began his career as director of music, drama and dance, but with his habit of weaving elements of film and photography into the narrative, it was “only a matter of time” before Onile-ere made the transition into film, and in 1999 he directed two short BBC films for Lenny Henry’s company Crucial Films.
From 1999-2002 Onile-ere worked for Saatchi & Saatchi’s (Helsinki) production company, creating and directing numerous campaigns, as well as representing Saatchi & Saatchi at the Cannes Advertising Awards. More recently, Onile-ere has concentrated on directing music videos.
Onile-ere’s ability to combine strong performance with highly cinematic visuals convinced Chris Horton Films he was excellent choice for both commercials and music videos.
