Changes at Rushes bookings department announced

Rushes have announced that Rebecca Sweetman has become Head of Bookings, effective immediately.
Sweetman joined Rushes at the end of 2001 and has been promoted from Senior Bookings Co-ordinator. Rebecca initially worked in the travel industry before starting as a runner at LWT. She then moved to Tetra Films, joining Soho 601 in March 1999, where she gained an excellent knowledge of the postproduction industry.
Also new to the Bookings team, as Senior Bookings Scheduler, is Joe West. West began his postproduction career back in 1996 at Cinesite, before moving to Soho 601, as a Bookings scheduler. Joe left Soho 601 to concentrate on making dance music in his small home studio, before being tempted back to the postproduction industry.
Jo Morgan, Facility Manager at Rushes Postproduction, said: "Rushes prides itself on cultivating young creative people who love the industry. Rebecca's in depth knowledge of Rushes and clients will be a tremendous asset in her new role.
