NTL to sponsor new industry event

NTL, the UK's leading provider of broadcast services, has signed up as a major sponsor at i-deliver expo 2005, the new event that will showcase solutions and services for the distribution of rich media over digital TV and IP networks.
Being held January 25-27 2005 at Earls Court, London, i-deliver will encompass inspiring conference sessions, workshops and a technical exhibition. The show will be co-located with VideoForum, the UK's biggest technology event for production, broadcast, post and new media.
NTL are sponsoring the i-deliver conference sessions and will add their experience and expertise to the event by hosting sessions on 'How to launch a TV channel' and 'TV on mobile phones'. Visitors to the exhibition will also have a chance to meet NTL representatives in their Digital TV Consultancy.
Barry Lycett of NTL Broadcast said: "We are delighted to be involved in what will undoubtedly be a truly exciting event for the industry. For NTL the event provides an ideal opportunity to increase our profile and help new customers launch digital TV channels."
i-deliver expo 2005 will showcase solutions and services for the distribution of rich media over networks including IP, the Net, iTV and 3G. The event will enable organisations to identify the best technology to communicate content with their audience while helping them appreciate the cost-effectiveness of the new systems.
