FINAL CUT PURCHASE XYTECH SOFTWARE

LONDON and New York based Final Cut have announced the purchase of an Enterprise System from Xytech Systems Corporation.
Xytech Enterprise is the solution for fully integrated facility and asset management and Final Cut are currently working with the Xytech Project Management team to personalise the software to their needs. Running on a central server in the UK, the system will allow the tracking of costs and resources from the initial quotation, booking of the job, assigning and locating media, stock control, purchase order and finally through to creation of invoice and management of accounts.
Importantly for Final Cut the company will be able to view all the information via a web-link allowing access from New York, London and home. Final Cut will also be able to give clients a secure login for viewing bookings and access to the asset library.

Now a producer in New York can work in the evening on a bid including London based editors and suites, in full knowledge of their availability, and submit a bid that can be followed up by anyone in London the following morning.
