The Pixel Farm release PFTRack V2.0

The Pixel Farm has announced the next release of its much lauded PFTrack.
PFTrack V2.0, the fourth major release of The Pixel Farm’s advanced tracking environment, takes the software to new levels of productivity and far beyond anything else on the market.
PFTrack’s optical flow tools track individual pixels from one frame to the next, building a comprehensive data model of all pixel movement within a sequence. This data can then be used as a single reference point by Pixel Farm plug-ins within applications such as Apple’s Shake and Eyeon’s Digital Fusion.
Including more advanced optical flow functionality, PFTrack V2.0 now provides users with an essential addition to the tracking toolset - allowing the analysis of per pixel inter-frame motion alongside an improved Matte control and export to Adobe After Effects.

In addition to the new features, the enhanced tracking and calibration core gives increased speed, in comparison to V1.5, so extending the range of shots that can be tracked. Improvements have also been made to the image manipulation algorithms speeding up the process of cleaning up footage prior to tracking.
