BBC TECHNOLOGY HIRES SALES DIRECTOR

BBC Technology have announced that Stephen McKenna, formerly Global Sales Director for Entertainment & Media at Sun Microsystems, has joined the company in the newly created post of Sales Director.
The BBC commercial subsidiary, created on March 31 this year, have signalled their intention to establish a strong presence in the digital media marketplace in the US as well as Western Europe. Stephen McKenna’s background - for the past 13 years managing the sale of Sun’s media and entertainment technology services and products - places him in a strong position to develop BBC Technology’s presence in the digital marketplace.
